Cutting Section
The Cutting Section begins with marker making, where patterns are arranged to reduce fabric waste. The fabric is then spread in layers, and the marker paper is placed on top to guide the process. Finally, the fabric is accurately cut to ensure each piece matches the required measurements for stitching.
Stitching Section
After receiving all the components of garment parts from the cutting section, then those parts are linked by a sewing machine.In this section manufacturer finally, get a complete appearance of garments.
Checking Section
All the garments are checked for crease marks , sewing mistakes and any of its kind.The garments which pass the criteria will move for ironing section
Ironing & Packing Section
Ironing department carry out the inspection to assure quality , Enhanced and neat presentationGarments are packed in poly bags according to the buyer requirement
